CarTurn Component Materials:

All surfaces in contact with the ground are made of stainless steel to avoid corrosion. The turntable is made of carbon steel that has been cleaned and powder coated. This system yields a suitable surface that you can renew as necessary depending on use and your aesthetic considerations.

Electrical Requirements:

The hydraulic Power Unit that is furnished with the CarTurn should be placed in a sheltered location such as in the garage. It has a 1 HP motor that requires 110 volt household power. The motor draws 9 amps at peak load.

Hydraulic Requirements:

The high-torque rotator in the CarTurn is hydraulically powered. This means that there is no electricity by the CarTurn. The 1 HP hydraulic Power Unit pumps one gallon per minute of multi-vehicle synthetic ATF (Automatic Transmission Fluid) to the CarTurn through a 3/8” inside-diameter high-pressure hose. Oil is returned to the reservoir of the Power Unit through a return hose. We supply the special oil required to transmit this power.
